i shot this session a few weeks ago at the UCLA campus. connie & chuu are so cute. they treated me to some yummy cookies and ice cream {and a dozen cookies to go from diddy riese} when we were finished. it was just the pick-me-up i needed for a 3 hour drive home! (: ha!

i don't usually blog personal things, but this is worth sharing. today after a brutal workout at 5:30 am, my friend lori presented me with a bag of goodies to have for lunch. i am really nothing of a cook, but she said that even though it was pretty much fool proof it was still delicious! i was excited for lunch to come. (: here is what lori game me to make for lunch.

this salad took about 5 minutes (it takes a little bit to open 3 cans). it was so good, even lane loved it. i would never, ever have though of this on my own! thank you again lori, you are so thoughful!

you might remember nikki from the cover of style your dream wedding. i've known nikki for a few years and had the pleasure of shooting her engagement, wedding, day after shoot, and now her pregnancy. i was so excited that she was coming out from MD to take some photos. beautiful as ever and nice as can be - i'm so glad we became friends through the years.
